PAYMENTS:
We are making every effort available to our International Customers that you may pay in your local currency. Currently we offer Paypal.com and 2Checkout.com for International payments. As our International Customers grow, we hope to offer more variety of payment options. It is now no longer necessary for Customers who choose to use Paypal.com to open an account with them, this is a personal choice.
SHIPPING:
International orders are sent via a Courier or the United States Postal Service. There is always a Tracking Number on orders sent with a Courier, and usually the first $100.00 of insurance is included in the price. Further insurance to cover the balance of the costs of the items, should they be over $100.00, are added to the cost of the shipment. The cost of import taxes and duties will be the Customers responsibilty.
Should you require the cost of delivery to an International Destination prior to payment, please place an order, the cost of the shipping on your order will only be for Canadian Customers, please ignore this. Please remember that shipping costs are based on weight and not the number of items being shipped. We will calculate the cost of the shipping and approximate time frame of delivery and e-mail these to you. At this point, you may choose to either continue or cancel your order. If you choose to continue, an invoice will be e-mailed to you with the shipping costs included.

Due to the large volume of credit card fraud that is perpetuated over the internet, please be sure that you are putting in your correct billing address that is on either your credit card or bank statment, or your order will not be processed. Since we have to use secure processing, this is very important. If we cannot verify the address, the payment via credit card will be cancelled and an alternative form of payment will have to be sent to our office instead.
We hope that you can appreciate the extra precautions we have in place, they not only protect you, our Customer, but they have to also protect ourselves, the Merchant.
RETURNS
If any items in your order are not to your satisfaction, or do not fit correctly,
please contact our office right away to make arrangements to either return them for an exchange of product or a full credit -minus any shipping and handling fees that were paid for when the order was shipped out to you. Items must be returned to our office no later than 20 days of receipt of goods. All shipping costs are the responsibility of our Customers.
We cannot accept any goods that have been altered or laundered or embroidered.
