Our pricing includes the cost of Ground Shipping in the USA. It is not free shipping, just included in the price.
Overnight delivery on items begins at $35.00, this is an approximate, and billable before the item is shipped.
Please note, as of January 2005, various shippers have had to increase their prices due to excessive fuel costs, please view both DHL and UPS's notification on their website, we will post the others as they become available. All orders are shipped Ground Services via UPS, DHL and Priority Mail. We do not ship to any Countries other than the USA and Canada , but will make exceptions if you e-mail our office with the approximate order you wish to purchase so we may have the opportunity to quote you on International Shipping charges. We are currently working on an International site for overseas Customers.
Delivery time on any of our orders is generally 15 business days plus. Due to the large and diverse inventory of all the Manufacturers we represent, we do not always carry stock and have non-stock orders either drop shipped or delivered from our office. We have no guarantee that any or all orders will be delivered in the estimated time frame, but 15 business days plus on Ground delivery is what we have experienced. Customers needing things in a more urgent capacity should get in touch with our office before placing their order to ensure that the items they wish to purchase are in fact in stock with the Manufacturer and can be delivered in a more speedy manner. This we find avoids dissapointment especially if the items wishing to be purchased are to be as a gift. For gifts, we ask you place your order at least 30 days in advance, especially if you want your package sent via Ground Service.
Due to heavy volumes of orders, we cannot deliver any products on an actual overnight basis, as it takes at least 1 - 2 business days for any of our Manufacturers to process orders. This is standard in the industry. Once the package is packed and ready for shipping can we ship overnight delivery - please e-mail us for details before ordering as each Manufacturer has different criteria.
As we all know, the price of gas has gone up considerably, and therefore the price of shipping items anywhere has gone up too. You will also notice that items in places like the Grocery Store have increased, because it is a domino effect we cannot stop. This increase is not just subject to Mail Order. As the price goes up, we are subject to increase our shipping pricing, although we try to keep it as low as possible. All pricing is an approximate, not an exact calculation. These prices are for the United States mainland. Alaska, Hawaii, APO's and FPO deliveries, we use Priority Mail, unless you choose to have items delivered using a Courier, then extra expense is involved, we have to price quote on these deliveries before any orders are placed, please contact our office for pricing.
Shipping charges have to take into account signature confirmation, residential or comercial delivery, and any other unforseen costs that the delivery company may put on each package, this nobody has any control over, but we ask that you understand why some of them are in place. It is very important that a signature is requested for delivery of a package. This is a Mail Order business and its important to verify that a package was indeed accepted upon delivery, so that there is no missunderstanding where you package is. Fraud plays a very big role in ensuring that the package ordered by the card holder is indeed delivered to the card holder. This is also put in place as protection for the Merchant.
